  From US Interstate 64 East and West
Take the Shadwell Exit Number 124, turn west on Route 250 (Richmond Rd). At the stoplight take a left onto Peter Jefferson Parkway and proceed to the top of the hill and take a left. The 630 Building is on the left after you get into the parking lot. Once you enter the building you will walk straight down the hallway. The Osteopathic Pain Management Clinic is the last door on the left, Suite 170.
  From Route 29 South
Travel North on Route 29, which becomes Route 250/29 Bypass. Keep straight to the Pantops area until you come to Peter Jefferson Parkway (last stoplight before I64 entrance ramp) and take a right. Proceed to the top of the hill and take a left. The 630 Building is on the left after you get into the parking lot. Once you enter the building you will walk straight down the hallway.   From Route 29 North
Take a left onto Hydraulic Road and proceed to the stoplight that intersects with the 250 bypass. Take a left onto 250 (Richmond Rd) and keep straight to the Pantops area until you come to Peter Jefferson Parkway (last stoplight before I64 entrance ramp) and take a right.
